The off-season is an ideal time to make some steps forward with your strength and base fitness without worrying about fatigue effects prior to games and training.
In term 4 there is the option to add on an extra 10 casual gym passes for just $50 (usually $150!). That way your daughter can come into the gym outside of the planned session. Please note if your child is under 16 they need to be accompanied by you at all times. Therefore, the offer is also there for parents: 10 session casual gym pass for just $50 (usually $150) – add on your 10 session pass below. You’ll be able to pick up your access card at the start of next term.
If you and your daughter both get a causal gym pass you’ll be given an additional session each week for you to do together.

Please note the targeted age group for each of the session. There is a maximum of 8 places per session. Sessions may not run if there are less than 4 in a session.
Pre-screening: If this is your first time using Warwick Workout you will need to complete our Level 1 screening questionnaire and bring it to your first session. The form can be downloaded here and needs to be signed by a parent/guardian.
