Better Balance & Strength
The focus will be on improving and maintaining balance and lower body strength in a fun and safe environment. We will also be incorporating Tai Chi, which is research has shown to relieve pain caused by muscular skeletal conditions, improve health, balance and also helps improve range of movement in joints.
The first introductory lessons will begin Monday 24th April 10.30 – 11.00 am and Monday May 1st 1030 – 11.00 am. Free for first lesson.

Spin Class is a high octane session designed to get your heart pumping at its optimum for increasing cardiac performance. While designed to be high intensity, you are in control of how hard you push yourself so all level of fitness are welcome to come join in our Spin classes.
