Having personal training at Warwick Workout helped me with my confidence and helped me to get back into exercise, I learnt more about myself and the gym equipment. It helped me get motivated and instead of making excuses I could focus on my goals. It really takes you to the next level. Personal training is an investment in your health, having another person that works with you is very motivating and keeps you accountable.

I recently signed up and completed a six week Boot Camp Challenge at Warwick Gym. I was initially apprehensive to attend a ‘Boot Camp’ class - but loved it from the very first session. I found the small group training but motivating and fun and it provided the kick-start I needed to get back into regular exercise. The trainer holds you to account and the individually designed strength and cardio workouts were varied, challenging and catered for all fitness levels. I could work at my own level and I could track my progress with the diary provided. I noticed physical results within two weeks and will definitely be signing up for Bootcamp again!

The trainer is great at making every session challenging and fun. He also ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. His exercises are fantastic and I use a lot of them in my general gym workouts now. I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups and hold my Pilates poses like a professional.

The coach listens to my stated needs as an older woman with a history of many joint injuries, and he incorporates my preferences into an enjoyable and challenging programme which strengthens me, protects me against further injury and improves my confidence.

I had 3 Personal Training sessions and the sessions were well planned out in advance based on my requirements. I was very pleased with all sessions, each which had a slightly different focus. I will certainly have addition sessions in the future.

I found the coach very quickly ascertained my level of fitness. He listened to what I wanted to achieve from my work outs, worked with me on each exercise to ensure I was doing the right thing, then set me challenging and individual session plans for cardio, core and strength conditioning.

I've just finished my 6 week PT core and strength sessions at Warwick Workout. It's been awesome and I totally recommend it. So much variety, guidance and great exercises that I enjoyed doing (even if some were hard!) I can now tone those muscles I didn't know even know I had! Thanks so much!
