Often people head to the gym without much of a plan or focus to their training. Others tend to do what they have always done and get stuck in a rut. Our personal training service at Warwick Workout is here to give you structure to your reaching your goals.
We’re spoilt at Warwick Workout with highly qualified trainers with experience and knowledge in biomechanics, sports science, exercise physiology, video analysis and strength and conditioning. It is a real luxury to be taken through your personal training program with staff like this. Our staff will be able to assess your current needs and challenge you with new exercises.
Sometimes clients book in for 2-3 sessions and that’s ok. We understand that not everyone can afford personal training all through the year. If you do book a handful of sessions it’s likely that your trainer will take you through a couple of personalised train sessions that you can integrate into your gym visits.
The ideal approach is to book a regular session with one of our trainers. In this way your trainer can develop a structured training program and help you progress through to achieving your goals. Your goal may be to lift more weight, sport specific training, lose weight or be able to move freely and meet the demands of everyday life. Whatever your goal we have high performance testing equipment to be able to accurately assess the effectiveness of your training and motivate you to move on to your next goal.
If you are new to Warwick Workout a $75 appraisal fee may apply.
Our pricing and terms and conditions for personal training are noted below. If you wish to train in a group of 2-4 people and take the price down please read more details about our group training. Please note you do not need to be a member of Warwick Workout to access our personal training services but if you are not a member you are not able to use the gym without being accompanied by your trainer.
1 x 30 min session – $40.00
1 x 45 minute session – $60.00
There are also discounts available if you pre-pay for sessions:
6 session – 5% discount
10 sessions – 7.5% discount
20 sessions – 10% discount
Some people may not want personal training but are after a program to take away and work by themselves. We’re happy to accommodate this too. Our cost for programming is $150 per hour. We also offer a high performance fitness test for $99.95 or accredited skinfold assessment for $19.95.
Terms and Conditions
If you book into personal training sessions at Warwick Workout there are a few terms and conditions that apply, essentially helping us to run things smoothly:
- At least 24 hours notice is required if you are cancelling a session. If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice the session cost cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
- You are responsible for be warmed up and ready to participate in your exercise program at the time scheduled with the trainer. If you require training on how to warm-up properly please ask your trainer to factor this into your program.
- You are responsible for wearing enclosed shoes and attire appropriate for exercise.
- You must have a towel at all times when training at Warwick Workout.
