Teen Fitness

The Teen Fitness program is the perfect introduction to strength and conditioning.

Participants take part in a 45 minute group fitness class designed to build strength and get rid of all that excess energy. The class is followed by a 15 minute session in the gym that is fully supervised. In addition to being a really fun activity to do with friends.

Teen Fitness:

  • Builds strength
  • Plays a part in controlling body weight
  • Assists In develop strong movement patterns
  • Helps to Improve posture

Teen Fitness runs for 10 week periods during school term

Cost: $12 per session. Receive a 20% discount if you purchase and pre-pay for the whole term

Please ensure class participants fill out our pre-screening form prior to their first class. The form can be downloaded here. Enclosed footwear must be worn.
