Developing your athletic potential is more than having a gym membership and ambition. To develop physical potential, you need a wide range of expertise around you to educate, direct, and drive your focus. So we’ve partnered with local experts to ensure that you get all the inside support that elite athletes receive. We assess where you are at and work with you to make you the best athlete you can be. There are a maximum of 12 athletes on the program at any one time to ensure you get the attention you deserve.

The Hubs are semi-private coaching alongside other Hub Athletes. Athletes are part of a hub of learning, striving and reaching goals together. If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far, go together!

Complete movement screening to determine areas of improvement

3. Complete performance testing

Complete sport-specific performance testing using our high performance technology

4. Book with our partner services

Add-ons include physiotherapy, sports nutrition or mental skills coaching

5. 1-2-1 onboarding session

Complete a 1-on-1 gym session to get you up-to-speed with your program

6. Join hub training squad

Start coming to the Athlete Hub sessions to get ongoing coaching and support from the community

Just want expert advice and guidance? Get a 5-week personalised strength and conditioning, home program for $190. Your program is delivered by the TeamBuildr platform.
