Ever wanted to learn a new skill? Learning the movements required for the clean & jerk and snatch is challenging and rewarding. Incorporating aspects of weight lifting into your training. This is a 10-week program with 1 x 45 minute session per week. Starting Tuesday 3rd September 8-845 pm.
