The below classes are available for casual entry from only $15 per class. You can receive a 33% discount by pre-paying for 10 class entries for $100.
Please bring your own exercise mat otherwise mats are available to hire for $10 at reception.
Class Descriptions

Better Balance
BETTER BALANCE is a low impact class that focuses on improving and maintaining balance and lower body strength. Whether you are recovering from an injury or simply looking to improve your strength and mobility Better Balance. Better Balance is endorsed by the Stay on Your Feet Program and was recently evaluated by Curtin University to evaluate its effectiveness in preventing falls. Cardioblast
CARDIOBLAST is a 30 minute high intensity class combining resistance and body weight exercises designed to build both muscle strength and cardiovascular efficiency. Participants spend 60 seconds exercising with a 30 second rest period. Cardioblast is conducted across 2 basketball courts at Warwick Stadium so there is no upper limit to class numbers.

Pilates
PILATES is a great mat class which is ideal for toning, strengthening & improving your core stability. This class will also help with co-ordination, flexibility and will make you feel great.

Konga
KONGA is and easy to follow high intensity fusion of boxing, cardio, dance, and sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. Konga is a fierce & wild workout designed to shape, sculpt, and redefine your physique while injecting your body with an endorphin overload!

HIIT
HIIT is an intense 8 station circuit style class perfect for those who are looking for a class that gives a mix of cardio and strength. HIIT brings the gym into the group fitness space and uses equipment normally not available in traditional group fitness classes including: rowing machines, spin bikes, and free weights.

PwrLift
PWRLIFTis a barbell class that strengthens and tones your entire body to ensure you get results – fast.


Zumba
ZUMBA is the Latin-inspired dance class that is hugely popular worldwide. Zumba is suitable for most ages and abilities and is a great class to try first if you are new to group fitness. The choreography is fun and easy to follow and you don’t have to be a great dancer to participate. Learn to salsa, merengue, and cha cha and improve your fitness at the same time!
