The @Home program gives you a 5 week program with sessions you complete in your own time at home. There are 4-levels to progress through each 5 weeks. All exercises require minimal equipment or just your bodyweight.
Access to your program is via the TeamBuildr platform which can be accessed by your web browser or phone app. There are 4 workouts per week for you to complete. The app keeps you accountable to what you need to do and also provides videos to demonstrate the exercise for you.
You can also contact the coach via the app if you have any questions or suggestions.
