Personal training is a great way to learn new skills and be challenged in your workouts. Our staff will be able to assess your current needs and prescribe the best exercises to effectively reach your goals.

 

Your goal may be to lift more weight, sport specific training, lose weight or be able to move freely and meet the demands of everyday life. Whatever your goal we have testing equipment to be able to accurately assess the effectiveness of your training and motivate you to move on to your next goal.

During COVID-19 Stage 2 all our personal training sessions will be carried out in our gym with minimal equipment use (barbell, dumbbells, powerbands, and medicine balls. No other exercise machines or equipment will be allowed to be used) and cleaned before and after use. Please refer to our COVID-19 Safety Guidelines for further details. If you are not comfortable coming to the gym we are also able to offer personal training via live online Zoom sessions.

Personal training session are available for $40 per 30 minutes.
