CARDIOBLAST is a 30 minute high intensity class combining resistance and body weight exercises designed to build both muscle strength and cardiovascular efficiency. Participants spend 60 seconds exercising with a 30 second rest period.
HIIT
HIIT
HIIT is an intense 8 station circuit style class perfect for those who are looking for a class that gives a mix of cardio and strength. HIIT brings the gym into the group fitness space and uses equipment normally not available in traditional group fitness classes including: rowing machines, spin bikes, and free weights.
