The cost for small group training is $135.
You can have up to 6 people in a session so the more mates you grab the more the cost is spread.
Following a program with other like-minded gym buddies who are there to motivate and support you is a great way to achieve fitness goals and build friendships at the same time. You may all be from the same sports club and be working towards a new season, a corporate group working towards an event or a group of friends you have made while at Warwick Workout.
During COVID-19 Stage 2 all our small training sessions will be carried out in our gym with minimal equipment use (barbell, dumbbells, powerbands, and medicine balls. No other exercise machines or equipment will be allowed to be used) and cleaned before and after use. Please refer to our COVID-19 Safety Guidelines for further details. If you are not comfortable coming to the gym we are also able to offer training via live online Zoom sessions.
