Group fitness is a fun and inexpensive way to get your body moving.

At Warwick Workout we offer a number of different classes to choose from.

We believe in the benefits of group fitness, especially for anyone who is inexperienced in the gym setting. What better way to transition into an active lifestyle then to grab a couple of mates and sign up for a class?

Each of the classes run in our state of the art, newly renovated building, with highly qualified instructors.

Below is an overview of Zumba, Body Pump, Body Step and Spin and the benefits you can expect from each workout.

Body Pump

  • 60 minute weights-based resistance training
  • Moderate – high intensity
  • Burn average 560 calories each Body Pump session
  • Increase strength and endurance, tones and shapes

Body Step

  • 55 minute step-based cardio training
  • Moderate – high intensity
  • Burn average 620 calories
  • Improves heart and lung fitness, agility and co-ordination
  • Increases strength and endurance

Spin

  • 30 minute cycle cardio training
  • High intensity, low impact
  • Burn average 500 calories per Spin Class
  • Improve cardio fitness, build lean muscle

Zumba

  • 60 minute dance-based training
  • Moderate intensity
  • Burn average 500 calories each time you do Zumba
  • Improve cardio fitness, flexibility, stability, and rhythm
