Youth Strength & Conditioning

The Youth Strength and Conditioning (S&C) program is specifically designed for 11 – 17 year olds with a vision of long term athletic development.

Join the Warwick Workout Youth S&C program to maximise your long-term sport performance, reduce injury risk and ensure you spend as much time on doing what you love!

The program is based off a movement competency model. Exercises are designed to develop key movement patterns, including: push, pull, landing mechanics, hip hinge, squat, single leg work, bracing. 

A typical session can look like this:

  • Dynamic Warm Up, 5 min
  • Landing Mechanics, 5 min
  • Lower Body Strength, 10 min
  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), 10 min
  • Core Trunk Stability, 10 min

The strength and conditioning (S&C) program is led by Coach, Julian Ramos.

Cost and Times: 

$175 for 10 weeks starting Term 3 2022 (week starting 18th of July 2022)

Gives you access to 1 x 45 minute session per week.  Sessions have a maximum capacity of 6 athletes (min 2) and run Tuesday-Friday between 4:00pm and 5:30pm.  Athletes from all sports are welcome.  Click through to find specific session times.
